This is an ORIGINAL watercolor and complete in size, as all 4 edges have an overlap of watercolor paints. Condition is goo, slightly distressed, and clean overall, showing some slight distressing and some big clear swipes of varnish, which would have happened in artist's studio (the varnish marks).
There are some slight faint surface scratches and a lower left corner crease. Painting is still in overall good condition.
Overall, I consider painting slightly distressed, which is perfect for the shabby chic collector. Back of painting shows some wear and marks and back has masking tape on edges, which cannot be removed. Overall size is 10 inches by 15 inches which is full size as painted.
