Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Light marks in places these are only cosmetic and do not effect the door. Small chips on the external wooden frame. This item will need a bottom extender added to lower part of the frame please see in photos. It was previously installed into the flooring.

5 point locking system making it very secure. When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left. There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 23.5cm in width.

The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 102.3cm. If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 125.8cm. Glazing is 14mm double glazed with a white metal spacer, frosted, toughened. Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally. We can get these doors professionally sand-blasted/stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour. The putty, glazing & furniture is hand removed by ourselves and the product delivered to a highly rated, local sand blasting company. See 6th example photo of a set we had re-sprayed in black. We have lots more photos on request or a more in depth specification of the coating if required. Please note the glazing can't be saved when the doors are stripped, so this would need to be replaced. This would also need to be putty filled and installed by your fitter.

Glazing: Double Glazed is of the highest quality: Pilkington KS energy efficiency, Low E, Toughened, Argon Gas filled with a U-value of 1.2 or less. Single glazed glass would just be toughened.

We can order any type of glazing required at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc. The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
