Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Paint flakes and rust in few places, however these are normal with older doors that are steel and nothing a good sand-down and re-paint won't cover. Putty flaking in places, may have to reapply. Have pet hole cut into the bottom of a door. Window stay arm is broken for a side window, however it could be repaired or be replaced at a low expense. Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security. Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key. When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left. The top light/window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 212.6 cm. There are two sidelights of equal width.

Each sidelight is 61.2 cm in width. Just the frame width is 119 cm. The width with just one sidelight is 180.2 cm.

Glazing is original, single glazed and clear. Has leaded Georgian Bars on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. As mentioned above, we offer a fully refurbishing and re-painting service on this product, in your choice of colour. This would cost a total of.

The putty, glazing & furniture is hand removed by ourselves and the product delivered to a highly rated, local sand blasting company. See 4th example photo of a set we had re-sprayed in black. We have lots more photos on request or a more in depth specification of the coating if required. Please note the glazing can't be saved when the doors are stripped, so this would need to be replaced. This would also need to be putty filled and installed by your fitter.

We can order new glazing in at the costs below. We can order any type of glazing at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc. This would need to be installed by your fitter. The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a White frame both sides. The handles are Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is Black.
